Makes about 12-15 cupcakes - cakes will keep in fridge for about 3 days
Preheat Oven to 350*
Sift Dry Ingredients together
1. 1 cup flour
2. 1/2 cup oat meal
3. 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Mix Wet Ingredients together and fold into dry ingredients
4. 1/2 cup corn oil
5. 4 beaten eggs
6. 1/2 cup chopped carrots
7. 1.5 cup (about 12 oz.) chopped uncooked chicken
8 (optional) add flavor with bits of Bacon
Pour ingredients into cupcake papers
(round shape is retained better in a cupcake tin)
Bake about 35 minutes (check your oven temperature/time)
Let cool and decorate with Whipped Cream Cheese and Treats.
(Chicken Crisp ears, peanut butter cookie snouts, kibble eyes and noses,
and Chicken Jerky cut into shape of tongues. - or create your own design).
Serve to dog friends who will definitely enjoy!
